Our Airbnb/rental house cleaning service is very similar to our move out/in cleaning and it is also time based and fully customizable. Because some Airbnb projects are smaller than others our cleaning starts at $90 for any Airbnb cleaning.

Since some of our services are time based and we can only fit so many appointments per day to not compromise quality the answer is yes.
It is always a good idea to move things out of the way dishes, toys, clothes, etc so our team can move faster during the cleaning. We however do offer organizing services at an extra charge.
One of our goals is consistency and most times we send a crew of two cleaners but occasionally we send one cleaner. However we do let you know of the changes time and price wise.

We appreciate you inviting us to your home and understand security is always a concern. Therefore we offer different options for you to choose. We can check in with your front desk, leave a lock box, or you can meet us there and we can lock up after we are done.

Yes, because our area is so congested during the day we have a 1 hour window of arrival to deal with unexpected traffic, parking, etc unless special arrangements are made during your booking.
