Cleaning Prerequisites
For any recurring, one time cleanings please make sure you have the following ready.
- One Toilet Brush per bathroom or household to avoid contamination
- Put away any valuables delicate items (jewelry, artwork)
- Sinks must be near empty as our maids do not wash dishes due to time constrictions
Cleaning Exclusions
Please be aware due to our safety our maids will not clean and may
cancel your appointment for the following.
- Properties that have pest infestations or any mouse/animal droppings.
- Properties that need extreme organization prior to a cleaning
- Properties that have an excessive amount or trash
- Excessive amount of dishes
- We do not haul trash/junk away
Frequently asked
Since some of our services are time based and we can only fit so many appointments per day to not compromise quality the answer is yes.
It is always a good idea to move things out of the way dishes, toys, clothes, etc so our team can move faster during the cleaning. We however do offer organizing services at an extra charge.
One of our goals is consistency and most times we send a crew of two cleaners but occasionally we send one cleaner. However we do let you know of the changes time and price wise.
We appreciate you inviting us to your home and understand security is always a concern. Therefore we offer different options for you to choose. We can check in with your front desk, leave a lock box, or you can meet us there and we can lock up after we are done.
Yes, because our area is so congested during the day we have a 1 hour window of arrival to deal with unexpected traffic, parking, etc unless special arrangements are made during your booking.
We understand emergencies happen and appreciate at least 24 hour heads up but we do no have any cancelations fees for recurring services. However after 3-4 skipped cleanings we charge the next cleaning at our regular rate.
Unfortunately due to time constrains & differences of dishwasher, dryers and washing machines we do not do any dishes or laundry. If you do have dishes on your sink we will gladly put them on your dishwasher rack, but will not run it. For a more thorough cleaning please have an empty sink.
For a recurring service we can check in with your front desk if you have one or provide a lock box for a more secure experience. Ultimately we can keep keys if that is something you prefer. For one time cleanings we can also drop off a one time use lockbox or give us a call to consult.
Consistency is at the top of our list, we aim to send the same crew each time however there occasions were you might get a different crew due to vacation times, emergencies, etc.
